Measuring Results

How to actually read your campaign results

Four numbers matter most for a running campaign: spend (what you've paid), leads (how many contacts came in), cost per lead (spend ÷ leads), and click-through rate or CTR (how many people who saw the ad actually clicked, a signal of how compelling the creative is). Donded's Analytics page surfaces all four together, filterable by date range.

If cost per lead is climbing but CTR is stable, the issue is usually downstream of the ad itself — the lead form, or the offer not being compelling enough once someone engages. If CTR itself is dropping over time on an otherwise-unchanged ad, that's the clearest sign of ad fatigue: the same audience has seen it too many times.

Resist judging a campaign inside its first 48–72 hours — Meta's delivery algorithm needs a short learning period to find who responds best, and early numbers are often noisier and more expensive than the campaign will settle into after about a week.
