Donded provides an AI-powered marketing platform for Australian businesses. You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Plan features are as described on our pricing page at the time of subscription.
You are solely responsible for the content of ads published through Donded to Meta platforms. All advertising must comply with Meta's advertising policies and applicable Australian law.
Donded is not liable for advertising outcomes, lead quality, or revenue generated or lost through use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
